Michaela is a member of Cordelio’s Accounts Payable team where she supports payment processing activities across multiple company entities. Prior to joining Cordelio, she has over 2 years of progressive accounting experience in retail and graphic design industries. Michaela holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with an Accounting concentration from Toronto Metropolitan University.

Francisco is an Accounts Payable Specialist and is new to the renewable power industry. Prior to joining Cordelio, he was Accounts Payable Coordinator at CBI Health LP where he was responsible for managing IT and Consulting vendors, as well as implementing new processes to increase efficiencies within the department.

Simon has over 8 years of practice and industry accounting experience and over 5 years in renewable power. He leads the accounting and financial reporting obligations and leads process and system improvements. Prior to Cordelio, he worked at Potentia Renewables and PwC, as part of the assurance group. Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Economics, from the University College Cork and is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) with Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Vicky has over 2 years of experience in IT and provides technical support. Prior to Cordelio, she held various IT roles at Spin Master, Ideological Systems and Equitable Bank. This diverse experience allows her to approach problems with a unique perspective and offer innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction. Vicky holds multiple Information Technology related certifications.

Jessie is part of the People & Workplace team and has extensive experience in human resources across multiple industries, including 4 years in engineering with a focus on health and safety, 5 years in tech managing office operations and HR, and 4 years in the renewables sector in her current role. She has worked in diverse global settings, including London, Scotland, New York, and Toronto, bringing a dynamic and international perspective to HR operations.

Jack has over 5 years of public and private accounting experience and is responsible for accounting and financial reporting of Cordelio’s US development projects. Prior to Cordelio, he was a part of the assurance group at KPMG. Jack holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Jay is part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team. Prior to joining Cordelio and is new to the renewable power industry. Prior to Cordelio, he completed two internships in the precious metals trade operations team at RBC Capital Markets and on the Strategy and Analytics team at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment. Jay is currently pursuing his CFA Level 1 designation. Jay holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University Smith School of Business.

Karen supervises the Accounts Payable Department and leads efforts in implementing process improvements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments, and preparing monthly funding requests. She has over 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable and General Accounting. Karen holds an Honors Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and Accounting-Finance Certificate from Ryerson University.

Monisaa supports day to day accounting activities and preparing the financial statements for Cordelio Power’s US operations. Prior to joining Cordelio, she worked at MNP LLP in the Private Enterprise niche as an auditor for small to mid sized businesses in a wide range of industries. Monisaa holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management, a Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in administrative leadership and has focused on office management, corporate vendor management and construction efforts. She has been in renewable power space for the last 2 years. She manages administrative activities for Cordelio’s Canadian headquarters in Toronto and company-wide events. Prior to Cordelio, she was an Office Manger at WJ Groundwater Canada.

Cole joined Cordelio in 2024. Prior to Cordelio, she worked as a Program Manager at MaineHealth Institute for Research in clinical trial start-up, maintenance, and NIH grant management focused on oncology, genomics, and long COVID and prior to that, spent 10 years as an international professional chef and transitioned to healthcare, and provided direct patient care focused on food security and nutrition. Cole holds a Bachelors of Arts in French Language and Culture degree from Bates College.

Jon joined Cordelio Power in 2024 as a Senior Financial Analyst. Before joining Cordelio, he worked at Seaspan Corporation and PwC. Jon holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Queen’s University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Selam is actively involved in debt/equity finance and M&A transactions, as well as arrangements related to the development, financing, construction, and operation of projects. Prior to Cordelio, she was Senior Legal Counsel for VerticalScope (TSE: FORA). Prior to that, she was part of the corporate group at Torys LLP. Selam holds a Bachelor of Arts from York University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, magna cum laude and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.

Harinee manages corporate liquidity, management reporting, and financial planning and analysis. Prior to Cordelio, she worked in Asset Management at Fengate and Brookfield and began her career in public audit at KPMG and Deloitte, where she worked with clients in the Mining, Energy and Asset Management sectors. Harinee holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with an Accounting Specialist and Economics Major from the University of Toronto Mississauga and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Paul has over 5 years of experience in renewable power and has focused on land, community, and environmental consulting. Prior to Cordelio, Paul worked on distributed generation solar development at NextEra and prior to NextEra, held environmental and land services roles at SWCA Environmental Consultants.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University in Human Dimensions of Natural Resources and is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, CA.

Mac holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Regional Planning with a Minor in Political Science from Iowa State University.

Sean has over 11 years of experience and leads major capital equipment procurement and efforts including acquisitions and development. Prior to Cordelio, he performed various technical, commercial, and regulatory duties at GlidePath Power Solutions, and consulted for distribution and transmission utilities. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.

Bryce has nearly 5 years of experience in renewables working on project financings, M&A transactions and development activities. He advances project-level financings, assesses off-take opportunities, and contributes to equipment procurement decisions. Prior to joining Cordelio, he worked at Brookfield Renewable Power and focused on corporate and project-level financings and capital recycling. Bryce holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Amanda has 5 years of experience in renewable power. Prior to Cordelio, she worked as a Real Estate Paralegal at Tradewind Energy/Enel North America and managed agreements through each phase of wind and solar project development. She also held various legal support roles at Spencer Fane LLP, Berman & Rabin P.A., Martin, Leigh, Laws & Fritzlin, PC and Sutton Law Office. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri.

Ned has over 4 years of experience in the renewable energy industry. As an Associate on the Project Finance and M&A team, Ned assists with Cordelio’s growth efforts, including project development and finance, offtake origination, equipment procurement, and acquisitions. Prior to Cordelio, he spent 3 years as an Analyst and Associate at Citigroup in their Clean Energy Finance business, completing over US$2.0 billion of renewable energy financings across tax equity, lending, and capital markets transactions. Ned holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech.

Brandon has over 6 years of experience in renewable power, specializing in M&A, project financing, and corporate finance. He supports projects from acquisition to construction financing and operations. Prior to Cordelio, he worked at Brookfield Renewable in M&A, valuation, and investor relations roles. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance degree from Carleton University and is a CFA® charterholder.

Jeff has over 5 years of experience in corporate finance with 3 years of experience in renewable power. Prior to joining Cordelio, he was part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team at Brookfield Renewable Power covering their US platform. Prior to joining the renewables industry, he worked public sector across multiple federal agencies, most recently Statistics Canada. Jeff holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce from the University of Ottawa and is a CFA Charterholder.

Mac is responsible for Cordelio’s wind and solar development activities in the western US and Canada. and has over 15 years of experience in the renewable energy industry. Prior to joining Cordelio, He held senior development positions with Innergex and Alterra Power, focusing on wind, solar, and hydro generation. Mac holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science from the University of British Columbia and is formerly a Professional Biologist and Project Management Professional.

Joannie is responsible for procuring long lead HV equipment for Cordelio projects. Prior to joining Cordelio, she worked at Nexamp, a DG solar developer, managing procurement for all equipment types across the portfolio. Joannie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management from Northeastern University.

Pierre has 8 years of experience in the renewable power and broader infrastructure investment and finance industry. Prior to Cordelio, he worked at Citigroup and supported the financing of nearly 1 GW of wind and solar utility-scale and distributed generation projects as well as transportation asset financings, including aircraft and leasing, shipping, and rail. Pierre holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University focused on the intersection of economics, science, and technology.

David joined Cordelio in 2022 and has 17+ years in the renewable power. He focuses on asset management, operations, engineering and project management.

Jennifer has over 17 years of experience in renewable energy and 11 years of experience in construction administration and contract coordination. Prior to joining Cordelio she was a Due Diligence Project Manager at UL Services Group and prior to UL Services Group, she worked at DNV GL as the Document Control Manager. She has participated in the successful financial closing of over $22.5 billion of utility scale renewable energy assets.

Nick conducts spatial analysis and manages internal GIS infrastructure and has been in the renewable power space since 2016 and has held various roles at Everpower Wind Holdings, Innogy, and RWE. He has supported the full lifecycle of prospecting, development, design, execution, and operation of renewable energy projects, providing support through the creation of maps/tools, project data management, and GIS insight. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the West Virginia University.

Peter has over 15 years of experience in renewables and over 20 years in atmospheric measurements and data analysis. He leads a team of energy resource meteorologists and GIS specialists. Prior to the renewable energy industry, he worked for the Oklahoma Mesonet as a quality assurance meteorologist. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Science from Purdue University and a Master of Science degree in Meteorology from the University of Oklahoma.

Jackson works on Cordelio’s Engineering and Consulting team, managing SCADA/controls for renewable energy projects. As a commissioning engineer, he ensures sites are brought online safely. Since 2020, Jackson has worked at POWER Engineers on SCADA and relaying design and at ONYX Insight on wind turbine systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Denver and an Electrical Engineering EIT certificate.

Samuel is responsible for project execution and turnover to operations. Prior to Cordelio, he held various roles at Invenergy as a construction manager, assistant project manager, and project manager and was responsible for quality management, project execution, and turnover to operations. He has overseen construction/management for approximately 2.4GW of wind, solar, & battery storage. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Planning & Decision Making from Purdue University.

Curtis has over 25 years of experience in renewable power and oversees operations for Glacier Sands and Moraine Sands Wind Farms. Prior to Cordelio, he worked for Apex Clean Energy and Iberdrola as a Site Manager for wind and solar projects and prior to that worked at GE and Enron Wind as wind turbine lead technician maintaining wind turbine. Curtis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Buena Vista College in Storm Lake Iowa.
