Glacier Sands Wind Project

Cordelio acquired the Glacier Sands Wind Project in 2020 from Swift Current Energy. Glacier Sands Wind commenced preliminary construction activities in fall 2020. Located in Mason County, Illinois, the Glacier Sands Wind project will have a maximum generating capacity of 184.9 megawatts.

 

Moraine Sands Wind Project

Moraine Sands is a soon-to-be-built wind energy project that represents the combined efforts and participation from a large group of county residents, with whom Cordelio Power is proud to work.

Moraine Sands will be located in Mason County, Illinois with a nameplate capacity of 171 MW. 

 

Bluewater Wind Energy Centre

Development on the Bluewater Wind Energy Centre began in 2006. This project, located within the Bluewater Township, with electrical interconnection extending into Huron East, has a maximum generating capacity of up to 60 megawatts, enough energy for approximately 15,000 homes in Ontario. The project is owned by Cordelio Power and Axium Infrastructure (51% and 49% respectively) and their subsidiaries; it is operated by NextEra Energy Canadian Operating Services, Inc.

Conestogo Wind Energy Center

Development on the Conestogo Wind Energy Centre began in 2006. This project, located in Wellington County, has a maximum generating capacity of up to 23 megawatts, enough energy for approximately 5,700 homes in Ontario. The project is owned by Cordelio Power and Axium Infrastructure (51% and 49% respectively) and their subsidiaries; it is operated by NextEra Energy Canadian Operating Services, Inc.

Jericho Wind Energy Centre

Development on the Jericho Wind Energy Centre began in 2006. This project, located in Lambton county, with electrical interconnection extending into North Middlesex, has a maximum generating capacity of up to 149 megawatts, enough energy for approximately 37,500 homes in Ontario. The project is owned by Cordelio Power and Axium Infrastructure (51% and 49% respectively) and their subsidiaries; it is operated by NextEra Energy Canadian Operating Services, Inc.

Moore Solar Energy Centre

The Moore Solar Energy Centre project, located in St. Clair township, Ontario, was developed and constructed by First Solar. This solar energy project has a maximum generating capacity of up to 20 megawatts. The project is owned by Cordelio Power and Axium Infrastructure (51% and 49% respectively) and their subsidiaries; it is operated by NextEra Energy Canadian Operating Services, Inc. It provides enough energy to serve about 3,200 homes in Ontario

The Sombra Solar Energy Centre project, located in St. Clair township, Ontario, was developed and constructed by First Solar. This solar energy project has a maximum generating capacity of up to 20 megawatts. The project is owned by Cordelio Power and Axium Infrastructure (51% and 49% respectively) and their subsidiaries; it is operated by NextEra Energy Canadian Operating Services, Inc. It provides enough energy to serve about 3,200 homes in Ontario.

Summerhaven Wind Energy Centre

Development on the Summerhaven Wind Energy Centre began in 2006. This project, located in Haldimand County, has a maximum generating capacity of up to 124 megawatts, enough energy for approximately 32,000 homes in Ontario. The project is owned by Cordelio Power and Axium Infrastructure (51% and 49% respectively) and their subsidiaries; it is operated by NextEra Energy Canadian Operating Services, Inc.
