Rock Bluff Energy Park

Located in Henderson County, Kentucky, the Rock Bluff Energy Park is envisioned as a multi-technology clean energy facility. The project is currently in the early stages of development. The Rock Bluff Energy Park is expected to incorporate solar PV installed on reclaimed coal mine lands and wind turbines that bring diversified income to local farming families.

The project may also include grid-scale battery energy storage, improving local electric reliability and allowing for the dispatch of power when it is needed. The Rock Bluff Energy Park would bring resilient, local power generation to a community with a long history of powering America’s economy. Cordelio is developing the project in collaboration with Tenaska.

We are currently working with local landowners who are interested in leasing land to host this project and will navigate the necessary permitting processes as we progress through the development phase.
