Michaela is a member of Cordelio’s Accounts Payable team where she supports payment processing activities across multiple company entities. Prior to joining Cordelio, she has over 2 years of progressive accounting experience in retail and graphic design industries. Michaela holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with an Accounting concentration from Toronto Metropolitan University.

Francisco is an Accounts Payable Specialist and is new to the renewable power industry. Prior to joining Cordelio, he was Accounts Payable Coordinator at CBI Health LP where he was responsible for managing IT and Consulting vendors, as well as implementing new processes to increase efficiencies within the department.

Ryan joined Cordelio in 2023. Prior to Cordelio, he led market fundamentals at Brookfield Renewable Partners, and served as the power markets expert on nearly $3 billion in platform acquisitions and new development. Ryan was also a power analyst and economic consultant at London Economics

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Politics degree from the University of London and an Master of Public Administration in International Finance and Economic Policy from Columbia University.

Gerry is a senior attorney responsible for leading development, M&A, and financing efforts for Cordelio’s project pipeline and growth. Prior to Cordelio, he held a practice focusing on corporate finance and M&A transactions within the natural resources, technology, and financial services industries. Gerry holds an HBA/Juris Doctor from the Ivey School of Business and Western Law.

Adam has over 10 years of experience in public practice and industry. He leads accounting and financial reporting for all projects, oversees international consolidation, and drives cross-functional process improvements across the company and its subsidiaries. Previously, Adam worked at Deloitte LLP in the audit and advisory units, serving SEC filers. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Brock University’s Goodman School of Business and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Jessie is part of the People & Workplace team and has extensive experience in human resources across multiple industries, including 4 years in engineering with a focus on health and safety, 5 years in tech managing office operations and HR, and 3 years in the renewables sector in her current role. She has worked in diverse global settings, including London, Scotland, New York, and Toronto, bringing a dynamic and international perspective to HR operations.

Jack has over 5 years of public and private accounting experience and is responsible for accounting and financial reporting of Cordelio’s US development projects. Prior to Cordelio, he was a part of the assurance group at KPMG. Jack holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Simon has over 8 years of practice and industry accounting experience and over 5 years in renewable power. He leads the accounting and financial reporting obligations and leads process and system improvements. Prior to Cordelio, he worked at Potentia Renewables and PwC, as part of the assurance group. Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Economics, from the University College Cork and is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) with Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Vicky has over 2 years of experience in IT and provides technical support. Prior to Cordelio, she held various IT roles at Spin Master, Ideological Systems and Equitable Bank. This diverse experience allows her to approach problems with a unique perspective and offer innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction. Vicky holds multiple Information Technology related certifications.

Wendy is primarily responsible for accounting transactions and financial statements for Cordelio Power’s US operations. She has over 15 years of private sector accounting experience. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Bachelor of Business Administration from York University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in administrative leadership and has focused on office management, corporate vendor management and construction efforts. She has been in renewable power space for the last 2 years. She manages administrative activities for Cordelio’s Canadian headquarters in Toronto and company-wide events. Prior to Cordelio, she was an Office Manger at WJ Groundwater Canada.

Jay is part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team. Prior to joining Cordelio and is new to the renewable power industry. Prior to Cordelio, he completed two internships in the precious metals trade operations team at RBC Capital Markets and on the Strategy and Analytics team at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment. Jay is currently pursuing his CFA Level 1 designation. Jay holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University Smith School of Business.

Karen supervises the Accounts Payable Department and leads efforts in implementing process improvements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments, and preparing monthly funding requests. She has over 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable and General Accounting. Karen holds an Honors Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and Accounting-Finance Certificate from Ryerson University.

Monisaa supports day to day accounting activities and preparing the financial statements for Cordelio Power’s US operations. Prior to joining Cordelio, she worked at MNP LLP in the Private Enterprise niche as an auditor for small to mid sized businesses in a wide range of industries. Monisaa holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management, a Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Brandon has over 6 years of experience in renewable power, specializing in M&A, project financing, and corporate finance. He supports projects from acquisition to construction financing and operations. Prior to Cordelio, he worked at Brookfield Renewable in M&A, valuation, and investor relations roles. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance degree from Carleton University and is a CFA® charterholder.

Sydney is responsible for managing projects through the all stages of development and focuses on wind and solar projects with the Eastern region of the U.S. Prior to joining Cordelio, her previous roles were in Development at Vesper Energy and Supply Chain at PepsiCo Frito-Lay. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.

Sarah has over 10 years of experience in renewables and environmental consulting. She guides permitting strategies for all phases of project lifecycles and interfaces with various stakeholders to obtain environmental studies and surveys. Prior to Cordelio, she held positions at RWE, Innogy Renewables, and Burns & McDonnell. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Tulane University and a Masters in Public Affairs and Environmental Science from Indiana University.

J.B. has over 15 years in renewable power and leads storage development in the Pacific Northwest and other regions. Prior to Cordelio, he held roles at Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq and JIT Energy Services and experience includes leadership in storage development, energy conservation, and sustainable building operations. J.B. holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Real Estate and Urban Development from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Master of Science from Umea University.

Matthew has over 12 years of experience in renewables and focuses on land, community outreach and project management. Prior to Cordelio, he held positions with CanACRE and BRITT RADIUS, providing landowner outreach and project support for large-scale wind projects, transmission upgrades and interconnection activities. Matthew holds a Bachelor degree in Geography from Wilfrid Laurier University, and advanced certification in Geographic Information Systems. He is a member of the IRWA, Chapter 29.

Sean has over 11 years of experience and leads major capital equipment procurement and efforts including acquisitions and development. Prior to Cordelio, he performed various technical, commercial, and regulatory duties at GlidePath Power Solutions, and consulted for distribution and transmission utilities. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.

Emma leads energy storage solution procurement and manages greenfield battery interconnections. Prior to joining Cordelio, worked at National Grid in Substation Engineering and New Technology Deployment and authored the Energy Storage Playbook. Emma holds a Master of Engineering in Power Systems Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University. Emma has her EIT certification in Massachusetts.

Michael has over 24 years of experience in the banking and finance sector and works on the financing of projects specializing in standalone energy storage. Prior to joining Cordelio, he was SVP, Commercial Banking at Inland Bank and Trust and Byline Bank in Chicago. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University, an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, and a Financing and Deploying Clean Energy (FDCE) Certificate from Yale School of the Environment.

Michael has over 24 years experience in developing and constructing throughout North America.  As a member of the Cordelio team, Michael is responsible for the successful development and delivery of Battery Energy Storage Systems.  Prior to joining Cordelio, Michael was a lead developer for U.S. Cellular corporation, one of the nations leading providers of telecommunications services.

Kayla is new to the renewable energy industry. As an Associate Interconnection Engineer, Kayla plays a key role on the standalone battery energy storage team, focusing on interconnection application support. Prior to joining Cordelio, she was the Assistant Manager and Floral Designer at a flower shop, partnering with local business owners and the Chamber of Commerce to organize events and promote the Main Street Association. Kayla holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Waukesha County Technical College and is currently completing her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater for Engineering Physics.

Ned has over 4 years of experience in the renewable energy industry. As an Associate on the Project Finance and M&A team, Ned assists with Cordelio’s growth efforts, including project development and finance, offtake origination, equipment procurement, and acquisitions. Prior to Cordelio, he spent 3 years as an Analyst and Associate at Citigroup in their Clean Energy Finance business, completing over US$2.0 billion of renewable energy financings across tax equity, lending, and capital markets transactions. Ned holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech.

Ashley has worked in the renewable power for 7 years, primarily in the U.S. northeast. As an Environmental & Permitting Manager, she initiates the required environmental studies, and obtains permits for the construction and operation of renewable energy projects. Prior to Cordelio, she various positions in Environmental Permitting and Development at RWE, Innogy and Everpower. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geosciences degree from Slippery Rock University.

Paul has over 5 years of experience in renewable power and has focused on land, community, and environmental consulting. Prior to Cordelio, Paul worked on distributed generation solar development at NextEra and prior to NextEra, held environmental and land services roles at SWCA Environmental Consultants.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University in Human Dimensions of Natural Resources and is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, CA.

Mac is responsible for Cordelio’s wind and solar development activities in the western US and Canada. and has over 15 years of experience in the renewable energy industry. Prior to joining Cordelio, He held senior development positions with Innergex and Alterra Power, focusing on wind, solar, and hydro generation. Mac holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science from the University of British Columbia and is formerly a Professional Biologist and Project Management Professional.

Amanda has 5 years of experience in renewable power. Prior to Cordelio, she worked as a Real Estate Paralegal at Tradewind Energy/Enel North America and managed agreements through each phase of wind and solar project development. She also held various legal support roles at Spencer Fane LLP, Berman & Rabin P.A., Martin, Leigh, Laws & Fritzlin, PC and Sutton Law Office. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri.

Jennifer has over 17 years of experience in renewable energy and 11 years of experience in construction administration and contract coordination. Prior to joining Cordelio she was a Due Diligence Project Manager at UL Services Group and prior to UL Services Group, she worked at DNV GL as the Document Control Manager. She has participated in the successful financial closing of over $22.5 billion of utility scale renewable energy assets.

Eric has over 20 years of experience in project management and business development, leading pre-construction activities for greenfield projects. Prior to Cordelio, he was the Director of Business Development at SunGrid and prior entering the renewable power space, he oversaw global project acquisition and execution at W-Industries and TechnipFMC. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Purdue University.

Peter has over 15 years of experience in renewables and over 20 years in atmospheric measurements and data analysis. He leads a team of energy resource meteorologists and GIS specialists. Prior to the renewable energy industry, he worked for the Oklahoma Mesonet as a quality assurance meteorologist. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Science from Purdue University and a Master of Science degree in Meteorology from the University of Oklahoma.

Nick conducts spatial analysis and manages internal GIS infrastructure and has been in the renewable power space since 2016 and has held various roles at Everpower Wind Holdings, Innogy, and RWE. He has supported the full lifecycle of prospecting, development, design, execution, and operation of renewable energy projects, providing support through the creation of maps/tools, project data management, and GIS insight. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the West Virginia University.

Jackson works on Cordelio’s Engineering and Consulting team, managing SCADA/controls for renewable energy projects. As a commissioning engineer, he ensures sites are brought online safely. Since 2020, Jackson has worked at POWER Engineers on SCADA and relaying design and at ONYX Insight on wind turbine systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Denver and an Electrical Engineering EIT certificate.

Samuel is responsible for project execution and turnover to operations. Prior to Cordelio, he held various roles at Invenergy as a construction manager, assistant project manager, and project manager and was responsible for quality management, project execution, and turnover to operations. He has overseen construction/management for approximately 2.4GW of wind, solar, & battery storage. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Planning & Decision Making from Purdue University.

Saskia joined Cordelio in 2023 and is new to the renewable power industry and is eager to contribute her expertise towards building a sustainable future. Prior to Cordelio, she worked as an Interactive Producer and managed the production and execution of digital experiences, interactive and video content. Saskia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Park University in Missouri.

David joined Cordelio in 2022 and has 17+ years in the renewable power. He focuses on asset management, operations, engineering and project management.

Curtis has over 25 years of experience in renewable power and oversees operations for Glacier Sands and Moraine Sands Wind Farms. Prior to Cordelio, he worked for Apex Clean Energy and Iberdrola as a Site Manager for wind and solar projects and prior to that worked at GE and Enron Wind as wind turbine lead technician maintaining wind turbine. Curtis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Buena Vista College in Storm Lake Iowa.
