Francisco is an Accounts Payable Specialist and is new to the renewable power industry. Prior to joining Cordelio, he was Accounts Payable Coordinator at CBI Health LP where he was responsible for managing IT and Consulting vendors, as well as implementing new processes to increase efficiencies within the department.

Ryan joined Cordelio in 2023. Prior to Cordelio, he led market fundamentals at Brookfield Renewable Partners, and served as the power markets expert on nearly $3 billion in platform acquisitions and new development. Ryan was also a power analyst and economic consultant at London Economics
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Politics degree from the University of London and an Master of Public Administration in International Finance and Economic Policy from Columbia University.

Kayla is new to the renewable energy industry. As an Associate Interconnection Engineer, Kayla plays a key role on the standalone battery energy storage team, focusing on interconnection application support. Prior to joining Cordelio, she was the Assistant Manager and Floral Designer at a flower shop, partnering with local business owners and the Chamber of Commerce to organize events and promote the Main Street Association. Kayla holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Waukesha County Technical College and is currently completing her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater for Engineering Physics.

Prior to Cordelio, he spent 3 years as an Analyst and Associate at Citigroup in their Clean Energy Finance business, completing over US$2.0 billion of renewable energy financings across tax equity, lending, and capital markets transactions. Jackson works on Cordelio’s Engineering and Consulting team, managing SCADA/controls for renewable energy projects. As a commissioning engineer, he ensures sites are brought online safely. Since 2020, Jackson has worked at POWER Engineers on SCADA and relaying design and at ONYX Insight on wind turbine systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Denver and an Electrical Engineering EIT certificate.
